HI,

I do not use your smart parking customer server also I do not use Loriot or ThingsPark. I'm using an open-source LoRaWAN Server (docs.loraserver.io). Which runs very well for many devices. My Smart Parking nodes are configured and joined with my network. But they do not send updates when the occupy state changes. Sometimes it's working but in almost random intervals.I guess there is a problem with setting the internal clock. In your Plug&Play technical guide I've read under 9.4 that the remote manager (part of the smart parking server) generates a binary file with the configuration. In 9.4 Point 1 is written, that the response to the first Start frame initiates the time synchronization of the internal clock. If I'm not using your server, the internal clock have maybe never been initiated. If so could you please tell what format a downlink message must have to do this?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
